enabling M3 Karma GE's to trigger vst in Kontakt

Hi
I want to use the variety of Karma GE's to trigger soft synths in my DAW and in Gig Performer. I can get the process to work for the arp's in my M50 and Triton Extreme but can't find the right button in my M3 or Kronos. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

In the M3 Global menus, Global P1 MIDI, MIDI Routings tab, ensure that the "Enable KARMA Module to MIDI out" option is checked.

Also, for the M3 Combi Timbre Param page, the timbre Status may need to be set to Ext or Ext2.

For the Kronos, go to Global / MIDI / MIDI tab, and ensure that the parameter having the same name as above is checked.

Also for the Kronos, in the Combi Timbre Parameter / MIDI tab, timbre Status may need to be set to Ext or Ext2.

Each of the KARMA module outputs in Combi mode are likely be on different MIDI channels.
