Considering that, if true, Korg is no longer officially aligned with this forum: this may be the alternative to contacting Korg about issues. If not, going to Korg's direct country locations like Korg USA may be the route to communication. :?

Korg USA doesn't have an R&D team so reaching out to them will just get you a stereotypical unhelpful response from a clueless agent thanking you for sending them a message

Federico is one of the developers working on the 5x OS so that's about as close to the source as it gets

Do we have the personal permission from Federico to contact him directly? Does he know you posted his email address for this purpose?

The last information I received directly from that team was that they were no longer to communicate directly with us nor comment on the forums. Hopefully you'll have some luck but...... 🤞

hi folks,
would it not be better for someone collectively send a mail to Korg Italy with a catalog of all the bugs found sorted by OS version and as an added note, how to replicate the bug found?

I would recommend maybe one of the KF moderators to send a "collective" email on all KF PA5X members?

Just a thought to make it easier for them to sift through all the information in a constructed manner....

Good morning,

I have already sent 4 emails this week to 3 different Korg agencies, Germany, and Italy.
I have received 1 answer back from Muzik Meyer.de
That my extensive report of the bug is passed on.
For the rest everything remains deaf as Korg is known for!!!!!
The report is about a big bug in the Midi system that has existed since Pa4x.

I think it would be better to ask Korg management to allow/suggest/instruct its developers to read the forum bug report sections. In the past, they did this and also followed up with questions but as Korg have clearly told us that they are no longer communicating with the Forums or its members then I don't believe this approach is constructive aside from taking up, and potentially wasting a huge amount of someone's time.
