I’ve created another performance with some Kaoss in it. Follow the link above.
I was happy with the result, Kaoss adds a lot of flavor!
(The other one is “More than this” on my YT channel, only at the end of the performance).
I hope this helps to show what can be done with the Kaoss feature, even on a basic level. It’s not too difficult & great fun.
Performance with Kaoss…

Great job
I love the Kaoss (on my PA4x) and glad Korg have included it on the PA5x now.
It is a lot of fun and can really spice up the music....

Hope you don't mind me asking, but I'm prompted to leave this question based upon your user name: does Kaoss effectively provide similar functionality to Karma? I own a Korg M3 and love how Karma can inspire creativity. But I have found the Karma UI to be rather abstruse and for that reason rely upon the built-in presets.karmathanever wrote:Great job

I have owned M3, Kronos and just recently bought a used red Karma.
To answer your question - no, but Kaoss is a little bit like Karma and you can do some similar things like adjust tempo and feel any many other components which will affect the sounds and style you're currently playing. Karma dives in with its own drum, bass and rhythm grooves whereas Kaoss will need you to be playing a style/sounds etc first.
Hope this makes a little sense...
It is hard to explain in detail but if you know someone with a PA4x or PA5x, ask to have a play with its Kaoss effects.
Cheers
