I bought an SQ 64 back in October I was working out of town and just pluged it in for the first time today in order to update to the new firmware but the system updater will not detect the SQ 64 when plugged into my Mac I have a Mac version 10.14 and ESQ 64 is registering that it is being powered under bus powered when plugged into the USB I have tried restarting and reinstalling multiple times so far no luck. Any suggestions?
