Korg M1 Power Supply Equivalent

Hi Friends

This is a little colaboration, i'm electronic Engineer and i was checking the Schematics from the power supply for the Korg M1

I can see 3 Voltajes, 12V, -12V and 5V, all in DC Current, (the input voltaje depends if Europa or America)

Today, its very hard get a new power supply, but recently i saw in Ebay, a 12V power supply dual, and 5v power supply, in a small size. maybe if possible adapt this powers supply for the lack of new parts.

what do you think about this conversion.?????
