Nope ... only localized OS can give you access !
It's more than 10 years I had explored Local Ram & Pa3X but as far as remember this is an extra Ram space devoted to localized samples
like in Pa4X Musikant version and specific OS has only some extra factory positions to host those extra sounds and not extra user positions
so even if you could had access to that area (not simply hidden) then you couldn't use it as direct set.
Also if it does not borrow user Ram and you'd like to use this extra Ram for your samples then it also would be useless since after 2Gb of
compressed samples Pa4X has an OS saving bug limitation, not to mention that you will run out of samples positions.

In headlines , there is only one Direct Set alignment option and you have to change it manually every time you need an extra setup and main
Pa4X setup must always have loaded all SOUNDs , Pads and samples of all available Direct SETs you want to access !

I believe,it just uses the same user sample memory,and if i remember right,you can store or load styles,keyboard sets,sounds and pads,as you would do if you were using a second or extra USER tabs

Ask a Musikant user if he has double User slots of Styles & KBD Sets , it's a strictly localized architecture , but I don't think so ,
although there is no meaning of discussion since you can't access this area unless you get a Musikant version and modify all
factory resources due to get a few extra slots for your custom resources.

No need to do that... just get a CE copy ,and load it.
it's been some years now and i don't remember well,but i think theproblem was that it was somehow locked because everything was grayed out.

I didn't mind,my intention wasn't to use those samples and sounds anyway,but to find out how i could use Loacal area to store more styles and keyboard sets .

I could open the small Os and extract files,but i couldn't put my stuff in it.
Maybe a programmer could create a similar extra Os,that unlocks the Local area,it's not just hidden in my opinion,it is locked.

Of course it's locked , you can edit it and inject data only via port of motherboard bus decoding Ecl Ram data !
The "well known" over 10 years pkg extractor was working only in older Pa models where you could decompress container's files but still
OS core file was further encrypted and nobody could edit it without having source files from Korg's engineers with NDA treaty that's why
some advanced users & programmers had only modified graphics & fonts outside OS.
Newer Upd container of all Pa models since 8 years is fully encrypted and can't even being unpacked.

Could you do something simillar for LocaL Banks? or even build a small Os for that ?

Nope ... I don't have either the time nor the authorized license to do something similar if you know of what I mean !

Yeah,i do , but i don't mean modification of Korg's Os in anyway.
What i mean is something that would bypass or add Os,or even hardware modification ,so Local area is available for loading styles ,keyboard sets
and pads.
