Sound Banks jumbled up - Factory Restore?

I am on OS 3.0.

Today I noticed that when I try to replace a sound in a keyboard set and I select a new sound, I do not get the sound I just selected. The sound banks seem to have jumbled their index.

For example, I choose BX3 Organ, but got Jimmy Organ.

So, time for a Factory Restore, but I am afraid I will lose something I forgot to save,

Will Utility "Save ALL" get everything in my User banks and sounds? SO I can just do a restore of the ALL saved file and I will be as before?

Yes, SAVE ALL will work as you described. You can then reload all, or pick which parts you want to restore.
Are you certain that when you attempt to call up a voice from the buttons that you are calling the category you want? By this I mean, Factory or User or Direct.

Yes, I was just choosing within the Factory banks and got something completely different. It seems the 121.xxx.xxx.xxx numbers a mixed up for some sounds.

The same thing happens when I go to Sounds mode and try to load a sound for editing, some of them work OK, but mostly I get a different sound than I choose to edit.

Create the Save All file and save it to your USB drive

Reset the keyboard

Then test it out thoroughly

Then Load your Save All file

That fixed it and the Save ALL restore worked fine. All is back to normal

3. Factory Restore
4. LOAD SET (own set refill)
