KORG EMX-1 Adding effets to single drum parts only

Hi i'm having trouble adding effects to individual drum parts.

Actually, they add just fine, but after I save the pattern, whatever effects I've added to one part are now on all parts.

Is there a setting I'm missing or am I saving it wrong, by hitting the WRITE button twice?

Far as I'm aware this should be saved with the pattern, no extra settings involved. I'll check later to be sure.

You need to make sure the effects are not set for those parts, and only the drums. If that’s working than let us know.
