For those looking for the ready-to-use factory N364 files in SYSEX format : I put them all together on the link below [UPDATED] :

Download them and then transfer them onto your N364 with the floppy disk (if it still works) or with a software called MIDI-OX (you will need a MIDI to USB device to do this).

Your N364 will be restored to factory settings after this operation.
