Korg Krome only outputting 1 MIDI channel

Korg Krome only outputting 1 MIDI channel

I recently obtained a Korg Krome and have been loving it so far. However, when I plug it into an amplifier, only the 1 MIDI channel is outputted. I was wondering how I could fix this.
