Extract Sysex data

Hi all, this is my first message here. I'm hoping someone will be able to help me with this: I have a couple of Sysex backups (all data + all sequences) from an old X3 I used to have. I'd like to extract from them at least the MIDI sequences, but I no longer have the original synth. Is there any PC software or such which I can use to achieve this?
