breath control minilogue xd

Has anyone tried to use a breath controller wth the minilogue xd? My attempts with Yamaha BC1 and BC3, TEControl analog BC, and MBC1 from SevillaSoft are so far unsuccessful. I haven't been able to figure out how to modfy a program so that it looks for CC2. Perhaps there is a way to adapt BC unit so it uses CV port? I am relatively inexperienced, and rely on help from people who have gone before me...
