While I wait for Korg, I update my Kronos

Post by Wsadj »

Greetings friends Kronos, a few weeks ago I asked some questions, here in the forum. And I started in action. I have already started the renovation of my Kronos X 88.
I'm happy, for this, wanting to get the most out of my Kronos.

So I already started.
Now it's your turn, Korg!

Thank you for your help, you are also part of this renewal, with your answers.
Today we change the Keybed for a new one and a 500 GB disk :D

Don’t forget if you replace the current ssd you have to clone your current ssd to the new one and then expand it.

You can not install to the 500Gb disk.

Or just add it as a second disk.

Today we change the Keybed for a new one ...
Interesting. Where can I get the keybed? and what is the price?
I am not sure if I would do that to my original Kronos 73, but out of curiosity I would be interested to see some comments on how difficult/pricey it is to replace.
btw, are keybeds all the same for all versions? E.g. Can I put keybed from Kronos 2 to original Kronos?

Thank you for sharing.
