Non responsive Nanopad

Post by Danimal »

Hello,

I finally joined the masses and bought a Kronos2 88 just this month. However, unfortunately my original Nanopad doesn't appear to work with it. When plugged into one of the USB ports it initially lights up, but just as quickly goes dark.

Any suggestions? Firmware update?

other than fuss with the cable connection, I would suggest buying a Nano2.

They are inexpensive

Could the nanopad have been reconfigured for anything in the past? If so, a factory reset would be worth trying.

Ok, I took both of your advice...

1) Loaded Kontrol Editor, reset defaults
2) Swapped USB cable out

Works. Probably more likely was #2. Appreciate it
