occasional problem with playback on electribe sampler

Love my electribe. Sometimes, however, when I hit the playback button it does nothing. Usually if I move to another level and come back it will play fine.
Can't figure out if this just a glitch or something I am doing wrong. There was no midi or sync connected last time this happened. Don't think I could be muting all parts accidentally...Anyone have this problem?

I've experienced the same on my E2 (not S) and other people also reported it here.

It is a glitchy product. I was very disappointed with it and eventually got a refund.
