messed up sounds

Hello,

I've got recently a korg kross 2 - 88 and while i was trying to load new organ sounds through sd card i don't know what happened and messed up some combi and mode progs. For example there are duplicates in organ mod program
or duplicates in combi . Such as "jet'aime organ" twice but with different sound !
So please is there any way to restore completely the factory settings and fix that problem ? I did exactly what manual says about restoring factory settings but nothing. And lastly i cannot find voice list pack for korg kross 2 in download section in korg.com

Yes ! Just i had to initialize the system before load Preload data.
Now everything's back to normal.
