AX3000g Expression Pedal Not Working

Hey all

My expression pedal on the AX3000g has decided not to work. Has this happened to anyone else. If so, how can I fix this?

I have ensured that it is activated in my menus in the board itself but the lights do not come on and pedal function does nothing when it should.
