32 - 64 vst download isseue

Hello,

i seem to have a download issue (i think?)
i am trying to get the 64bit vst but only have the 32bit versions,
or that is what my DAW keeps telling me

if i use both installers it creates the same file and same size
?

have redownloded
reinstalled
etc but keep getting the same result

any suggestions?
