Missing MDE-X in the Registered Product

Missing MDE-X in the Registered Product

I purchase Korg Legacy Collection, and already registered.
But why there's no MDE-X in my registered software?
So when I want to activate MDE-X, the software is not in the list, so I cannot generate the activation key.

Does anybody also encounter this? how to fix this issue?
