Convert midi files???

Convert midi files???

Don’t know if this the right forum for this question, but here goes; I have been using Ketron products for a number of years and I have a countless midi files that have been edited with the Ketron instruments. Since many of the midi sounds are proprietary, is it possible to convert the files back to general midi for edit and use with my PA900? Perhaps with software, or a daw? I would appreciate suggestions, recommendations …
Giulietti Alpine and Giustozzi 55/SL accordions with Limex midi, Ketron Midjay Plus, Yamaha KX5, MasterSound MK4 controller, Master Pro 2000 and 2006 controllers.

Hi there.
If ketron has GM sounds you can switch your current sounds to GM and save it as new midi file.
Then load it to Pa900.
I hope this will work :P
