Microkorg as MIDI trigger

I'm using a Mac along with Logic Pro X.. I'm trying to hook my Microkorg up via MIDI to use it as a Software trigger. When I open the MIDI Studio set up my MIDI connection shows up but when I do a MIDI Test I get no reaction. The Mac isnt recognizing the Microkorgs signals. Because of that I cannot get Logix Pro X to be triggered by the MicroKorg as well.. Can someone help me with this?

It basically tries to verify the connection from the mK to you Mac. If that is fine, its the setup of Logic Pro which is not correct.
