factory reset floppy disk creation stage fail

I have downloaded preload factory data ( Pa80/Musical Resources http://www.korg.com/us/support/download ... /192/2506/ ) but unable to create rescue floppy disks .
I get this error when I click on the executable disk 1 .
Pa80_res_v3_dsk1.exe
windows error N.5 Access is denied.
Disk error n " 69 on track head 0
abort retry ignore

I am using windows 10 , my laptop doesn't have floppy drive so I am using usb attached external floppy drive. I also have midi usb cable connected to laptop if that helps.

is there any other way for me to re built the keyboard ?

currently no sounds are coming out of speaker , no styles. nothing.
