Kronos goes off when he wants

Hi friends!

I have the kronos 3 years ago and it never gave me problems, until now.
The kronos goes off by itself, I turn it on and he turn off again in a random period of time.
I do not know what to do or what will be the problem, please help me

Do you gig, move your Kronos around ? This would be useful to know.

Do you use a UPS ? Also important detail.

yes, I use an UPS from first day.
and yes, I play every week with my band, but This problem started a week ago and I dont know what happens, do you see the vid that I post?

Looks like power switch failure.

Check if you cannot restart by disconnecting and connecting power cord but only by toggling power switch.

yes, I did see the video. As iKey stated, it looks power related.

Another trouble shooting idea is to remove the bottom cover and review for any loose connections that are power or cable related.

I recall other posts about swapping out the power supply. If I was at that point for troubleshooting, you might bring it in for servicing. Some owners are comfortable with DIY.

I already uncovered the kronos and I checked it, it does not have any loose cables, everything looks in perfect condition, but it keeps failing, it turns off at 3 minutes or at 6 hours when I'm playing, I do not know what to do

you bought it from....

they should know of a local kong service.

Or you can go to the korg.com site for service and find the closest kong authorized service center

Have you tried it at a different power outlet and without a UPS?
Just to make sure problem does not lie elsewhere.

It might be worth reseating the RAM, since moving the Kronos around may have reduced the reliability of the RAM socket. This has worked for a couple of folks on the forum.
