Exported TR PCG doesnt work

I have exported the pcg to TR format using the X50 editor. (utility -> export - > selected TR(.pcg) from the list and saved it. But the sounds are different when loaded on TR. The same issue happens if this PCG is loaded on the X50 also. Can any one help please?
