HI i have a korg pa500.. it was working well ,but when i've done factory reset,all settings has gone,my lower keys was always piano in split mode ,but now it keep changing by changing styles,can someone help me to fix it please, how to set grand piano in all global styles

HI.
Press GLOBAL-GENERAL CONTROLS-LOCK next (on right) CONTROL and check LOWER -closed, when you set grand piano.Next write global settings
-klick at right corner and choose from list "write global"
