Send All Sounds Off (Controller number 120) over midi

Post by Cico »

Hi guys,
I'm new to the Korg Pa2x Pro, and I'm using it together with a external sampler over midi.

I've reserved accomp5 in my styles for midi out triggers. Now, triggering my external sampler works fine, but now i'd like to be able to stop playing all the sounds in my sampler. I've read about All Sounds Off (Controller number 120) in the midi implementation and i would like to use it in my same accomp5 track.

In the style editor i've checked in the Event Edit page to add this 'trigger note', but still cann't seem to find the correct values. Does anybody have a idea how to set the right note. If this can be done differently, that would be helpfull too.

Thank you for your time and help!

Have you tried value of 127 (max)?
also try CC 123 with value of 127 (it maintains the release of the notes).

it should be a CC (Param) message and not a note event.
