Pa800 sound problem

Post by khalidsdar »

hi
my pa800 started some noise problem with some PS ( noise was like wind ). but there was no problem with styles.
i reinstalled OS and reload my styles. on screen it shows styles were loaded but in memory it shows mostly empty with some styles. but when i try to play the style light shows it is playing but no sound.
i replaced the RAM. but it was not helpful.
i replaced the Main Board. it worked perfectly, but as i loaded my styles again started same problem.
is this a CPU board problem ?
Helppppppppppp me pleas :? :(

CPU board, definitely,if only KORG would make it again, but you are forced to scrap the keyboard because without this, it's worthless, SHAME ON KORG for using an outside vendor to make this board.

If it is playing correctly after factory restoring it is not a hardware fault.
If you have the old mainboard you already replaced i can get the faulty pair (cpu and mobo) and send you a working cpu board..If you are interested send me a pm..
I am still sure that this is a problem with your styles though and not a hardware fault...
