That's the cost of loading unknown or invalid resources in our arrangers !
If you can't even enter in boot menu (intro 1/2+Power on) , then your Pa800 mobo bios is corrupted
and unfortunately mainboard must be replaced since nobody is able to inject bios file so it's critical

Pa800 - damaged by corrupted files ?

I can not believe that usage of a corrupted user-file would make it necessary to renew the motherboard.
Maybe using corrupted files prevent to start computers or or make it necessary to reformat systemfiles (NAND), but causing to replace motherboard seems to be unique in computer technology.
That scares and would mean no one should buy a keyboard Korg Pa, because the risk is to constantly renew the motherboard due to system planning error (missing error routines in case of using unknown files).

On my opinion it makes no sense to try starting Pa800 with Intro1 with Pa800_os_v[nnn].pkg or Pa800_os_res_v[nnn].pkg on a stick, as you get no result because this does not solve the malfunctioning.
After malfunctioning internal SSD memory is to clean up and to format.
Before exchanging the motherboard, I recommend to try:
to completely clean up and format the internal SSD memory use the unzipped Pa800-FormatUtility "Pa800_Format.pkg" (827 KB).
- Copy only the single file Pa800_Format.pkg to an USB storage device.
- Turn off Pa800, connect USB device to one of Pa800’s USB Host connectors
- Turn on Pa800 while keeping the INTRO1 button pressed
- DO NOT POWER OFF and DO NOT REMOVE USB-Device WHILE THIS PROCEDURE IS RUNNING
- a browser will appear in the display and you now release INTRO1 button
- from Device Selector choose the device with Pa800_Format.pkg
- if you are not able to easily select the file, press the GLOBAL button to open the Touch Panel Calibration page and re-calibrate the display
- browse through the folders and files until you find Pa800_Format.pkg
- touch Pa800_Format.pkg and press Select button in the display
- Are you sure? message appears, press Yes to confirm
- now FormatUtility starts running and "Please wait" appears in the display
- after a while display turns black
- wait again until the message "System Format Completed" appears
- in case there would be a power break when turning on the instrument a warning message "SSD Media Error Format SSD Press MEDIA button to confirm?" occurs
- press MEDIA button and "Formating NAND" message occurs
- at the end of of NAND-formatting please repeat above procedure to load FormatUtility
- in case of no power break switch off Pa800, it is ready now to load both operting System and Musical resources (Pa800_os_res_v[nnn].pkg).
kind regards
