Is it Possible to connect my pa 600 to a ribbon controler
or a korg monotron
i want it to work like the one in the pa3
ribbon controller for pa600

I remember there was a ribbon available when I had a kurzweil keyboard but it was plugged into the keyboard.
A stand alone should work depending on what you want it to do.
Check the midi implementation in the manual for what it responds to.

CC#16 is one of the defaults in the Yamaha app if you choose the setup called Nuclear Fusion and it seems to do the same as most of the Ribbon Controller function on my Pa3x. However the Yamaha app does much more. I can control lots of other parameters in addition to the defaults on my Pa3x ribbon controller. This app feels like it was designed for the Pa series it works that well. CC#1, 71 and 74 are also working on lots of sounds.
The cable you need in addition to the Camera connection kit is a standard USB Device cable - the one with the square end for the USB device port at one end and the other is standard USB to fit to camera connection kit.
You do not need an audio cable for this app.
IF YOU WANT THIS APP GET IT NOW. YAMAHA ARE PULLING IT ON AUGUST 31.
