Problem when connecting to Macbook

Hello I'm new here.
Here's a problem that I'm wondering if anyone ever encounter and knows how to solve:

In this vid you can see I keep playing the same note, but you'll hear different sound, like frequency or overtone change, up and down irregularly by an octave.
It happens when I connect the gear with my Macbook.
Whether I use Garageband or Logic Pro X, via USB or MIDI cable, it happens.
You can hear the sound changing, and it can be recorded in the DAW, but you won't see the change in the piano roll.
However, it won't happen if I connect the SV-1 directly to a headphone, the sound is always the same.
I tried to restore factory settings but in vain...and now really annoyed with this issue. Please help!

see if your MIDI Out on the Macbook is functioning as MIDI Thru... if so, change it to MIDI Out only... that may help; or it might not.

but more likely...

i'd suggest contacting Korg; send them the link demo-ing the problem; it could be an irregular velocity response or double-trigger issue, both of which have occurred with the orig RH3 hammer-action.

Thanks, but it has nothing to do with MIDI Out/Thru. It happens even if I use USB.

I did consider contacting Korg. However it seems that they only provide supports to those product within warranty period
