Does it exist a good VSTi version of the Korg Trinity on the market? (I'm a Cubase user)

There are no Trinity nor Triton VSTi's. At best you may find third-party sample packs, which may or may not be of good quality or legal.
However the M1 and Wavestation are available as official VSTis, under the 'Legacy' moniker:
