Cant update taktile 49 firmware

Cant update taktile 49 firmware

I've been trying to update taktile 49 firmware.
I've followed the directions, installed the latest usb driver, but when i run the updater, it just keeps on saying to connect the taktile boot and when I try to detect, it doesnt detect.

Anyone??
