R3 sound editor

HI, Ive recently bought an R3 which i love but want to check out the sound editor.Ive downloaded the editor for my mac but can't get it work,it just comes up with the image of the R3.Any help would be much appreciated.

Not sure about the Mac as I don't use one but the R3 editor should at the very least open a new blank template of patch locations, you also have to make sure that the R3 drivers are installed, and this is generally a separate process to the editor driver install
