More audible Vocoder

Post by Tirisilex »

Is there a way to adjust the vocoder so that the original voice is a little more audible? I'm looking to make the voice more legible. Kind of like in Skinny Puppy's song Worlok. I used to have a Boss SE-70 and it had a parameter that would let you mix the voice in this way. The Microkorg must be able to do this.

Yep, you are looking for the "direct level" parameter in the vocoder AMP settings. In the same section you can also bring down the vocoder itself by tweaking the level parameter.
