Awave Studio is to edit samples, so it must work with the KSC and KSF files, not the PCG which contains the programs and combis.

Francois is correct. There won't be any information in the pcg that Awave can use.

Translator www.chickensys.com works with PCG files, but only Triton for now. M3 and Kronos are coming.

Using PCG's are important, that's where all the realtime parameters are, but most importantly it's where the velocity splits, stereo support, and layering is set up. Just working with KSC/KMP/KSF is nice but not terribly useful.

To open a PCG file (containing programs, combis and global info, and more), use the official Korg editor or the free 'librarian' PCG Tools (see the link in my signature below).

I tried Constructor I thought it would work well with Translator but was very wrong.
Should have waited for kronos Creator.
Very disappointed with Constructor as I found it very difficult to even get it working.

But Translator is worth every penny.
