Polysix plugin sounds

Hello

Is it possible to create windy sounds/big washes etc. (for lack of better words) with the polysix plugin? The sounds, or sound, I am referring to can be heard in this video (from 0:55): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUN8fn4ir1Q

If it is possible, could you please point me out to which parameters to look at first, waveforms, filters etc.

I need it in the end to be as close as possible to the original in the video (convincing and high quality).

Or..is it some other synth plugins you recommend to have a look at first for these kind of sounds? (Legacy collection or others).

As you probably can tell I am not very experienced with creating sounds from scratch so I want to know where to start.
