hi robertocarlo,

i changed my normal harddisk a few month ago with a SSD (ATA 2,5")
It works great and all the access and boot time improved a lot.

It´s a 64GB SSD from Transcend - TS64GPSD320

hope that helps

With the appropriate adapter I assume? IIRC the PA1x has an IDE interface and not a SATA one....

miden - there are IDE SSD on market too ;-) - that´s the reason i wrote ATA which means IDE.

it´s very clear that PA1X doesn´t have a SATA-HD.

if that thought. my Pa1X also works well., but was hoping someone had some trick I could dI have always regretted much. With so little RAM 32 is too little. I can not understand why even in the design of Pa1X (do not know if it could be extended to more ram memory) eg 64/128 .. I think this is a "dream" impossible.o better and improve the performance of Pa1X..... I think if possible it .. but i dont know that person may make this possible. is also clear that the problem of OS version or update.THIS IS STILL A GREAT KEYBOARD PA1X....well my friend best regards
