Korg Driver 1.14_r3 does not work on windows 8?

anyone succeeded in installing new windows Kronos 8, the Editor in Stand Alone works perfectly, but in Sonar X2 does not work, probably driver not being installed correctly

The Driver Tools don't work too

Anyone who has any solution, I'll be happy to know

When trying to install the driver, displays the following error message:

This Aplication can not run under Windows XP 64-bit Edition

As a driver who has one month , was not done thinking about the new operating system from Microsoft ... the deal is expected again the Korg new drivers... AGAIN

There seem to be issues with the installer of the Korg MIDI driver.
Gialli84 posted a possible work around in this post.

The Win8 driver can be directly downloaded from the Japanese site through this link.

According the site, this driver works in:
• Windows XP Home / Professional SP3
• (Including version 64bit) Windows Vista SP2 all editions
• (Including version 64bit) all editions 7 SP1 Windows
• (Including version 64bit) Windows 8 all editions

I don't have the RTM version of Windows 8 yet (still running the Consumer Preview in a virtual machine),
but I can confirm the driver installs without any issues in Windows 8.
It even creates tiles in the new Start Menu (too bad I can't read Japanese :P).
If you don't like Japanese, then it's best to wait till the English version is released.

I know that by default on Windows 8 64-bit, drivers must have Windows Logo certification to be installed. But there is a way to disable the driver signature enforcement temporarily to install a driver. I don't have the steps in front of me and I don't remember exactly. But you can probably google it.

There are seven methods to disable driver signing described here (halfway the page).

Does the new driver work for digital audio, or is this only for MIDI?
