I live in Chennai, India...got my KRONOS 61 no.000507 yesterday and found that the Touchview display did not respond at any spot. I also found that none of the knobs and sliders worked...and even the vector joystick failed to respond!!! I contacted the dealer immediately. He found from the distributor that the same problem had been reported by another customer. The dealer has confirmed that he will replace the keyboard...but i have to wait for 2 more weeks to get it replaced!!!!!!
This is an extreme disappointment after waiting for more than 5 months to purchase it

But i must mention that i was able to check out some presets and found that they sounded awesome!!:) anyway...i wasn't able to tweak the sounds with the malfunctioning control surface

...am I the first one who has experienced such a major problem??? should i wait for it or cancel my order and look for alternatives???
