Big problem after OS-update

I have a problem.
After update x50 from version 1.0.0 to 1.0.5 my synthesizer have some bug after time of instrument - it's freeze and don't "answer" to any button.

I think it is some bug from function "Favorite".

Here is the error dump, that shown at the display:

Can you tell me how to fix it?

here http://www.korg.com/Product.aspx?pd=253 you find at least system v1.0.3 and v1.0.4

Since my v1.0.5 works fine, maybe the update did not work correct or the synth has a defect.

I tried them both, but this bug stayed.
I think tomorrow I will take it to the service center:(

I have exactly the same problem.

did you ever solve this problem?

i've read that this happened to some users after 1.05 update.
my local KORG tech is suggesting to change the mainboard.
€ 300,- !!!!
