How do you contact KORG? I want to submit a bug report.

I've found a minor bug in the Patch Panel, a particular patch that works fine if you route it to frequency modulation, but does not work at all if you route it to filter cutoff modulation in either filter. It should work with all three - it does on the original MS-20. I figured that submitting a bug report was the right thing to do - but I can't!

I've searched high and low, but I can find no way of emailing KORG whatsoever. I've tried http://www.korg.com/ and there's nothing there as far as I can see. There's a "support" page but you can't submit a support request: it's just a search function for support documents for various products.

There's no agency for KORG in Australia, where I live and where I bought the app from iTunes.

In desperation I've tried emailing KORGUSA, asking how I can submit such a report, but I don't hold out much hope - it's not exactly their problem is it?

Anybody know the email address I need?

From the ims-20 app page in the app store try the report a problem link.

Thanks - I've actually found the support addresses for Australia (and everywhere else in the world, for that matter). There's a link in the on-line manual on the last page, takes you to a web-page where you can select your country.

The manual is so useless I rarely look at it, but I was looking for a particular bit of information about the sequencer, and found the link by chance.
