Have you any IT one liners ?.

Post by Sharp »

Hi all.

I'm looking to tie in some IT one liners into my artwork, and I was wondering if you guys had any you could share.

For example.....

There's no place like 127.0.0.1
I see dead pixels
There is no spoon

Regards.
Sharp.

There's the oft mentioned:

There are 10 types of people... Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Here's a few! :o

C program run. C program crash. C programmer quit

Double your drive space. Delete Windows!

Ever notice how fast Windows runs? Neither did I.

"I void warranties" is my personal favorite.

I also enjoy the "PEBKAC" error - Problem exists between keyboard and chair.

Let's not forget the "ID-10-T error"... (Y'know... idiot... get it?)

actually that one came up at work the other day. Rather than an actual joke, it is a sign of the stupidity of some computer systems.
The error message actually exists:
"No Keyboard Detected: Press F1 to Continue"
"Keyboard Not Found, Press F1 to Continue"
"Keyboard Error or No Keyboard Present. Press F1 to Continue"

Almost as stupid as "Unexpected Error". what error is expected?
