HELP PLEASE!! ADDING TO COMPUTER
We just purchased a korg m3 expanded. I know how to record a song, but how do i load it on my computer? I will get it exactly how I want it, plug in the usb to my computer and it will not add songs. I added the program to my computer, but I do not understand it. Shouldn't it just load the songs automatically from the sequence page where i made the song?
Jennifer
no, what you need to do is either a)"resample" the song u made in sequencer mode which will create a .wav file on your usb drive, then you can hear what you've made. Or b) connect ur usb and use the m3 editor software to edit what you made in seq mode and have it play back thru the m3.
IF ANYONE WANTS TO TRADE(legal) samples PLEASE PM me and we'll F.T.P.

Hi Jennifer,
follow these instructions to record your song:
1. In SEQ Mode (with your song selected) - touch the "Sampling/Audio In" tab.
2. touch the drop-down menu button, and then scroll over until you find "Auto Sampling Setup."
3. touch "2ch Mix to Media"
4. in the lower-left part of the screen, change the Sample Time to 5 minutes (or some amount of time a little longer than how long your song is... doesn't really matter as long as it's longer than your song).
5. Press the Sampling REC button... then the Sampling START/STOP button. Then press the Sequencer START/STOP button to start your sequence. Let the sequence play out until it turns the Sampling buttons off.
6. In the root directory of your USB drive, you will find a file TAKENO00.WAV - that's your recording. Just put the drive in your computer and rename it.
