Turning off click in sequencer mode..

i know ive flooded this board but hey... i promise i know reason and most cubase like the back of my hand so i'll give back when i can but..

HOW the hell do u turn off the click track in seq mode>?

Sequencer p.0 Preferences: Metronome Setup: Sound = Off. You will still get a metronome count in (unless you set the precount to 0) but the metronome will be off during playback and recording.

Hey i know this was posted a while ago, and its a different forum, BUT would you happen to know the opposite? How the heck do I turn the metronome sound on? (i know it sounds like a stupid question, but i cant figure it out!)
