Korg has an opportunity to be a leader in this division as they have a well known name for their sounds, they should immediately release a new Vst generation of soft synths from their past best selling devices period.
This would gain capital and help provide even greater profits for new research and development, providing the synths we're inexpensive and copy protected..
Surely someone @ Korg can see the changing of the guards is at hand, and it's not going back anytime soon, especially with computing getting even stronger and os's even more practical for audio and video.
Not to mention the worldwide economy is in somewhat of a pickel no?
Bingo.. get some smart guys on the team and change with the times!

It's a wonder why these corporate know it all's have failed, you have a bunch of "don't let it happen guys" standing in the way,in fear of what losing their jobs to technology? Yep,well take a few coding classes and upgrade your knowledge past google!!
Sadly only a few smaller companies have taken the plunge to do it ,but with only limited budgets they we're not as successful ,but it is at hand I tell you,it is at hand!

Yamaha on the other hand has a new vst3 editor coming out, which at some point the geniuses playing the sounds will eventually request software vs. the hardware when they realize it is totally possible,in the digital realm!
Ask T.C. electronics and the developers of Virus powercore,or even Scope guys for that matter ,some of us already know what's possible with creative engineering at the wheel.... Oh I'm so bored...
