I know one is available from a third party for $50, but it seems to me that Korg should make this available for free to all those who went and supported their product instead of going for the more popular (albeit more expensive) Yamaha keyboard.

I would love for an admin to comment on this thread, one way or another.

It may be for the reason that one is available that they have not released one! it would be in direct competition with them. how could they sell an editor when one is already available?
still, I think, since they opened this can of worms with the X50 and Micro-X editor.... we pay more than the X-50.
Soundtower would probably still have the advantage with sequencer control.

Count me in too! I've just got the TR76 and was told that it came with Voice Editor/Librarian software for the Mac.

Unfortunately, there is only a USB MIDI driver, which is about as much use a an ejector seat in a helicopter, as there is no software to actually do anything with the Korg once it is connected.
