"Golden Entertainer" board on eBay

Post by tommy1340millar »

I can recommend these. Nothing to do with previous postings. No connection to the company - I bought 1 of these for each of my pa1x pros and would heartily suggest that these make the keyboard what you wanted it to be...
I bought one out of curiosity for my first pa1x pro, and couldn't believe the difference it made, so bought another for my 2nd pa1x pro.
These were both fitted when I had O.S. 2.51
When O.S.3.0 came out, I installed it, but didn't quite understand what all the hype was about. I think that the "Golden Entertainer" had made my pa1x pros as exciting for me as the o.s. 3.0 did for anyone without one of these boards fitted, if that makes sense?

for all which are interested in this.

you´ll get the fully support from xprodata - even for used boards.

what´s important - this board was reflashed at factory - means - has the newest manufacture-stand which is important to work with our new software then.

Detlef,
If I've got to return these to Germany for 're-flashing' I may do them 1 at a time, so as not to disable the keyboard as I'm using one or other of them every night!

which version of the board do you have?
i think there should be a label on it.

you can send it step by step - no problem - a little mor of shipping costs but if you need them very often you should do it in this way.

Hi Delef,
only for my understanding. The Vers. 2.0 of the XMS1 is compatible with the new XMS-software/bkp which will come out. Or do I have to update my XMS1 (have to send it to you for updating).

Thanx

Hi everybody,

if you buy such a board at ebay - look that the hardware-version ist V2.5 (latest flash)

if not you cannot use the latest update from xprodata - you must re-flash your board then at Musitronics in Darmstadt/Germany.

Hi Kjeld,

there ist no problem - we had a change in the hardware (i think 2 years ago) and the old version is not working with the new BKP-Files.
There´s no damage or something like this - it only doesn´t work.
