creative bundle problem

Hello everyone i new so be patient with me i just got my padkontrol today
and i installed the bundle that come with i m having some problems with the legasy demo after a few sec of playing i get a weird hissing noise like static even if i stop playing the noise occurs after a few sec
can anyone help sorry for my poor english im greek
and i have one more problem cant transmit scenes it says midi divice is not specified
