A little planning is required. Load each kst into pa manager separately. Remap the User sound slots and user drumkit slots in such a way that they don't overlap other kst's user slots. Korg PA manager is an excellent tool for your requirement.
Merging kst files, reallocating user sound slots without breaking their links to samples, keyboard sets, styles and pads.

You can't do this as mentioned by Aripearlmusic. You will need to use expression. Not only the style track volumes in style elements can be independent but also the FX parameters. So in Pa5X each Variation/Intro/Ending/Fills all can have different VOLUME levels, different FX Send levels and ...
