That sounds like it's a Richard Tee EP sound, not a Bob James one ;) Unfortunately I can't open the link on my iPad, but Bob James tends to have a really clean Rhodes sound whereas Tee is generally associated with a Rhodes with phaser effect. For the average Bob James sound I'd go for a Mk1 or a ...

hi denv, I know that sound from the m50, it's actually a stock sound. I'm on my krome with the m50 sound banks. Download the m50 sounds, load them in your krome and look for A003: Rich Tea E.Piano. Actually you can load only this sound from the sd, browse it there. Cheers! Thanks Enri.I'll try that.

I love that sound.

Thanks.

Guitar sounds on Combi.

I'm new to the Krome 88.I'm getting use to it.I want to get some steel string guitar sounds when using Combi mode. The first 8 sounds are what I want.
From 9 through to 16 I've got guitars on there but you can barely hear them.
Its mostly the electric piano that you can hear.

The better way is to send me a video with your combi from Roland and I will replicate it in the Krome for you. Or some audio file with few notes...

Combi advice:4 sounds,drums,tempo needed.

As I wrote most of my songs on a Roland RD700sx stage piano I need to set this Krome to get a similar sound. I have 2 electric pianos,1 which was more of a deep sound which did more for improving the sound of the guitar than anything. The guitar which was just called Steel Away just a steel string ...

New Krome 88:perfect.

Just took delivery of the new replacement Krome 88.Absolute perfection.
There's so much difference between the faulty one and the replacement.
I finally got the piano I really wanted and its brilliant.

Krome 88,new.Found the fault.

I just discovered the new Krome 88 has a fault.I was talking to my musician brother interstate. He suggested a few tests.I took 1 standard guitar lead plugged it into Left(mono) on piano and connected it to left(mono) on amplifier. There wasnt any sound at all. I then took that same lead and put it ...

"Piano" is usually used to refer to the piano sound. Is that what you mean, or do you mean all the sounds from your Krome. Off the top of my head, is it possible that you have a panning issue? Are you sure that you have panned input one on your recorder all the way to the left, and input two all ...

All I'm getting from that post is that your piano and ep don't sound as good as the ones in the video. Since the Krome apparently boots up and plays fine it seem unlikely to be a problem with the power supply. Can you be more specific what the problem is? The overall sound of the entire piano isnt ...

What does "not working to its full potential" mean? You haven't really described what's wrong yet. It's still entirely possible the adapter is not working right, I agree. Seems unlikely you would have gotten the wrong one, but it's easy to check as they generally list the specs or at least a type ...

So far nobody has reported any issues with their Krome or Kross because of this. I don't like wall warts either, but technically there is no difference between an internal and an external power supply. The fact that you have had issues with previous products that happened to have an external one ...

Krome 88:power cable problem:anyone relate to this fault?

After looking at possible problems causding my new Krome 88 from being used to its full potential I think I've discovered a fault. The power cable is in 2 parts. 1)Plugs into the powerpint.Has a female 3 pin sockets. This plugs into 2)Korg Switching adapter. This is a cable with a rectangular black box ...
